Summers Crossing Resident Portal

This policy describes what information the Summers Crossing resident portal collects, how it's used, and who can see it. This portal is operated by Summers Crossing for its own residents and board -- it is not a public service, and information here is not sold or used for advertising.

Information we collect

  • Account information -- your name and email address, provided by whichever sign-in method you use (Google or Facebook).
  • Property and association records -- your lot's address, assessment and payment history, violations, maintenance requests, architectural review requests, and amenity reservations. Most of this is entered by the association's trustees, or submitted directly by you through the portal.
  • Optional directory information -- if you choose to use "Meet the neighbors," whatever you write there (a bio, occupation, interests, and an optional photo) is visible to other residents of Summers Crossing. Nothing is shown there unless you fill it out yourself.

How it's used

Strictly to operate your account within the association's portal -- tracking dues and payments, compliance and maintenance records, and communicating association business (bulletins, calendar events, board information).

Who can see it

The association's trustees and admins can see your account and property records, since running the association is what this portal is for. Other residents can only see what you explicitly choose to share through "Meet the neighbors" -- nothing else about your account is visible to them.

Payments

Dues and fines paid online are processed directly by Stripe. This portal never stores your card number -- only whether and when a payment was made.

Where it's stored

Account and association data is stored with Supabase (database and sign-in), payments are processed by Stripe, and email notifications are sent through Resend.

Cookies

Sign-in uses a cookie to keep you securely signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

Your choices

For questions about your information, or to request that your personal account be removed, see our Data Deletion page, or contact a trustee of Summers Crossing directly.
